Sponsorships, Store & Digital Content
At Viraldo, we build a global community for football talent.
These Terms & Conditions explain how we work with you – as a player, uploader, customer or supporter – when you take part in our sponsorship programs, purchase products, or access our digital content.
By using our website, submitting your content, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, products, services, and sponsorships provided by or on behalf of Viraldo.
Deviations from these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing by Viraldo.
Any other general terms from the customer or third parties are expressly excluded.
2. Definitions
– Viraldo: The brand and operating entity described above.
– User: Any person using the website, uploading content, entering a sponsorship, or purchasing from the store.
– Customer: Any person purchasing goods or digital content from Viraldo.
– Sponsorship: Any promotional program where participants can win or receive Viraldo products free of charge.
– Digital content: Non-physical content such as e-books, downloadable materials, or digital guides.
– Store: The Viraldo online shop offering physical and digital products.
3. Sponsorships
Viraldo offers community-based sponsorships that may include free teamwear, accessories, or other items.
Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
Submitting content or entering a sponsorship does not guarantee selection or reward.
Viraldo retains full discretion to select recipients based on creativity, quality, or community engagement.
Selected participants agree that their name, club, and submitted content may be used for promotional and editorial purposes.
Sponsorship items cannot be exchanged for money, store credit, or other compensation.
4. Store purchases
All store purchases are processed via the Viraldo online shop.
Prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT (where applicable) and shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Viraldo may adjust prices or promotions at any time.
Payment must be completed before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In case of delayed or failed payment, Viraldo reserves the right to cancel or suspend delivery.
5. Digital content
Digital products such as e-books or downloadable materials are provided immediately upon purchase.
By purchasing and downloading digital content, you agree that no withdrawal or refund right applies once the download has begun.
Digital materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission from Viraldo.
6. Prices and payments
Viraldo may request prepayment of up to 50% of the total amount before fulfilling an order.
All payments must be made within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
If a payment is not received on time, Viraldo may charge statutory interest and collection fees.
Ownership of any physical product remains with Viraldo until full payment is received.
7. Delivery and shipping
Delivery takes place while stocks last.
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation if exceeded.
Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless otherwise specified.
If a package is visibly damaged on arrival, the customer must notify the courier before accepting it.
8. Returns and withdrawal rights
Consumers may withdraw from a physical purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in original condition.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– personalized or custom-made products
– urgent repair or modification services
– digital downloads once the download has begun
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the full order is returned due to an error by Viraldo.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
9. Ownership and intellectual property
All intellectual property rights related to Viraldo’s products, website, branding, designs, and materials remain the exclusive property of Viraldo.
No content may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.
Customer purchases do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property, trademarks, or design rights.
10. Liability and warranty
Viraldo is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.
Viraldo’s liability is limited to direct damages and never exceeds the value of the related order or the amount covered by its liability insurance.
Viraldo is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or third-party damage.
Physical products are covered by a standard warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or neglect.
11. Privacy and data handling
Viraldo collects and processes only the personal information necessary to operate its services and community.
All personal data is handled according to Viraldo’s Privacy Policy, available on the website.
By submitting content or making a purchase, you consent to the processing of your data for communication, marketing, and service purposes.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Viraldo is registered, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
13. Community content & quit claim
When you upload or submit any form of content to Viraldo – including videos, photos, stories, quotes, or text – you confirm that:
– You are the rightful owner or have permission from everyone involved.
– The content does not infringe on third-party rights (such as copyright, trademarks, or privacy).
– The content complies with all applicable laws and community standards.
By submitting, you grant Viraldo a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to publish, edit, distribute, and display your content across all Viraldo platforms, including websites, e-books, social media, and promotional materials.
You waive any right to compensation for the use or publication of this content.
This license includes the right for Viraldo to modify or compile the content with other works for marketing or editorial purposes.
Viraldo may remove or refuse any submission that violates these terms or is considered inappropriate.
